River's Edge Townhomes is now renewing for the 2008/2009 school year. Before this process is offered to new applicants, we would like to extend a special "Early Lease Renewal" offer to our existing residents.

All current residents that receive a lease renewal invitation from River's Edge Townhomes will have the opportunity to receive a "Summer rental rate" discount for renewing their lease early.

If you complete the RENEWAL FORM and return it to us by the early renewal date, you will be eligible for the "Summer Rental Rate" discount promotion.

The "Summer Rental Rate" discount will not be offered if the lease renewal form is not submitted to River's Edge Townhomes by the early renewal date.
